Even the manual lock has a cinch actuator motor. The ajar switch and the actuator are a single assembly, sounds like either that was damaged or the door harness was. You'll need to pop the inside panel and take a look.

 

Thanks, i will see if that's the case, can the issue be with the striker the part at the bottom, can it be adjusted, I heard someone saying that, but not about the same car.

 

It could be a striker problem, but they aren't really designed to be adjusted. The screws are beveled, so the only way to get adjustment is to put washers underneath the screw heads so the bevels can't seat and you can "float" the striker position.

So, I fixed it by force, lol 😆
I went inside the car and watched the hatch while being closed it doesn't go all the way in the striker, so what happened is that because of the accident even though it didn't affect the hatch visually, it did move the striker a little bit inside the car, so what I did I forced the striker outward using a hammer 🔨. Maybe it could be done better by pulling it with something but I couldn't do that. Anyway it has been working fine for a month and no Warning lights anymore.

My 2018;Nissan kicks sr are is doing the same thing the trunk is always open and the yellow trainagle exclamation point and check engine light is on my key fob will not do it's famous beep beep thing no morea because the trunk won't lashe or lock. And also I have a problem with it not having a dipstick for the transmission
