I am trying to change the rear pads on my 2020 Nissan rogue with electronic parking brake. Could some on recommend an affordable scanner tool that will allow me to retract the parking brake.
Not that this is a recommendation. But what I finally did was disconnect the wires going to the electric parking brake and connected power to the motor from the battery. First try it squeezed the pads onto the rotor. So I reverse the leads and the pads retracted and I was able to change the pads.
