Just curious if an alternator off a 240sx or any ka24e motor will fit my 93 hardbody. are all ka24e motors the same setup or are they different depending on the vehicle they're on?

it may have a different amp rating, what are you trying to do? just replace it or go with a higher ampereage alt?
My girls cavalier was having a few problems and I was using jumper cables from my truck to her car. ( got it fixed. had to replace her fuel pump, starter, and battery. . . GOD I HATE WORKING ON AMERICAN MADE CARS!!! NISSANS AND TOYOTAS ARE FAR MORE SIMPLE.) Anyway, It seems to have killed my alternator and I was just needing to replace it. salvage yards dont carry nissan trucks like ours too often and I was just wondering if one from a 240sx or something else would match up and work.
