I need "how to" photos and videos of removing the fuel filter on 97 Nissan Sentra. Specially, how to remove the bottom fastener.

You need to download the FSM and simply read it. If you cannot follow the instructions in the FSM then you should be taking your car to a mechanic 
The FSM is that thorough.
As for the fuel filter, it simply pulls out of the bracket, the bracket stays attached to the firewall. The hose clamps simply unscrew with a phillips and the hoses pull off, granted the hoses can be a real PITA to get off of the filter nozzle ends.
