I was told by a sales manager, from a different dealership than my local one, that there was a service bulletin for an axle seal check and replacement. I looked around but couldn't find any info. Has anyone else heard of this?

I just checked ASIST, there's no such bulletin. The only axle seal bulletin is from '17, it's for the transfer case and is informational only, about the right way to replace the seal on AWD platforms.
