Drove it yesterday and it was working fine when I went to the store and when I came out of the store - there was nothing. When I shut it all down and turn it back on, the a/c stuff appears on the screen for a few seconds - shows me turning the fan up and down but, the fan does nothing and the a/c stuff disappears off the screen. Could it be the relay?

It could. The blower relay is in the back of the fuse block, but electrically it's north of the two fuses, so you can check it using a test lamp without removing the relay. If both blower fuses have power with the key on, then the relay is good. If both fuses have power on both sides then the fuses are also good, which means a bad blower. The Murano blowers are the brushless type, so there's no VBC or resistor. The blower is PWM'd directly by the HVAC control head, so it either works or doesn't. The only other possibility would be bad wiring.

PS - If you find both fuses are blown, it's almost certain that your blower motor is failing and drawing too much current. Replacing the fuses may get it working again, but if they blow a second time in a day or a week it means a bad blower.

It's possible that the issue with your car's air conditioning system could be related to a faulty relay. The relay is responsible for controlling the power supply to various components of the system, including the fan. If the relay is malfunctioning, it may prevent the fan from receiving power, resulting in the symptoms you described.
