P0455 error, electrical help needed
I got P0455 error = Evap Canister leak
- No leak (tested with vacuum pump)
- Canister vent valve new (tested with 12 volts = close, around 0.75A consumption)
- With engine idle 12 volts at the valve plug (valve not connected)
- Once the valve connected the 12 volts drops to 0 volt (the 12volts source has a large internal resistance)
I suspect a electrical resistance on the wires supplying the canister vent valve.
I cannot find any EC service manual electrical diagram to trace the wire to the ECM.
The two wires are white and green (one with a continuous line the other with intermittent green)
Is anybody have the wiring diagram of this canister vent valve connected on the evap box (not the EVAP CANISTER PURGE VOLUME CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE, attached to the engine input manifold)
Looks like that the canister vent valve is only installed on the Californian/Canadian model with a specific EC service manual related to these models.
So far I got this service manual but no wiring diagram inside which will help me to trace back the wires from the ECM.
PS I can help to explain how to repair T30 transfer box, I change two bearings + pre-constraint + pinion engagement, works perfect
