One of my windshield wipers on my 99 sentra does not go back and forth while the other side does. The knob is in place it just seems that somthing is not working deeper in the wiper mechanics. How do i remove the wiper arm and panel to see what is wrong? Thanks.

Remove the wiper arms and the wiper cowl carefully. Once inside, you'll need to replace both wiper links and the center pivot as well! This problem occurs alot with Sentras like yours.

And NO you can't just reattach it! It'll pop back off...guaranteed!
