Dealerships may vary but the question really is, are you a salesman type. If you are, the answer is obvious. And as for Jesus, he doesn't do Nissan. He can walk on water remember.scafidipro said:So i'm thinking about applying at my local Nissan dealership for a sales position. Does anyone have any advice or input as to how rewarding this type of career would be? I have quite a bit of sales experience but I have never sold cars. I really like Nissans and think this would be a really fun job. So if you have ever worked at a car lot or know anyone who has, I was just wondering what type of experiences or stories you might have that would contribute to my decision. Thanks!
new cars at cost - dealer holdback...DraftEm98 said:This thread brings up a good question... what kind of deals would a salesman receive working at a dealership? I know there's not much that I could get from a dealer for my B14, but I would definately hook this community up! Hypothetically, say a dealer gets 40% off of parts. I'd take orders from the NF community, buy at discount, then sell at 30% off of dealer price. I'd only make 10% per part, but, hey, it's all about the community, right?
