The reason I want to know this is because I can not longer use OEM GA16DE oil filters on my car. I want to be able to match flow rate and filtering size of the OEM filter. This way I can filter my oil the way Nissan's engineers wanted.
Thanks

the answer may be in the FSM. our filters are shared with a lot of different cars/engines:

Nissan Oil Filter part # 15208-55Y00

apps:
GA16DE
KA24DE
VG30DE
VG30E
VG30
VG30T
E16
GA16
CA16D
CA18D
Z24I
CA20E

u might wanna try asking a dealer parts department. why cant u use the OEM?

Well, I may still be able to use a OEM GA filter. I compared the one that Greddy recomends( a WIX equivelent though) to an OEM one. I am mostly worried about gasket diameter. The 2 filters have close to the same diameter gasket. When I install the part I will be looking into it deeper.
