That means the collision avoidance system is disabled (by driver) or otherwise not functioning. I know because I had a '21 Sentra and got into the habit of disabling the system every time I got into the car! I did this because it was malfunctioning and several times applied the brakes when there was no danger. I decided, rather than have the system engage when I'm going 65 MPH or when I'm passing through an intersection, I would just turn it off.
I would tell your dealer ASAP! There are reports of folks getting into accidents because of this issue that should have triggered a recall, IMHO.
