The 1.6 cams should all be pretty much the same. The B14 motor has about 5 more hp due to a revised intake manifold. If you want more power, you'll have to get aftermarket cams.

The B14 actually has a different cam profile that is known to make more upper end power than the B13. You can source a set of B14 cams for your car granted they do not make huge power or anything.
