This one stumped me a little bit. The AC/Heat both work, but the blower only works on High. The control is a 3-setting/off standard switch and the first two engage the system, but nothing blows, and then on high it runs fine.

This isn't really a problem since I've learned to live with it, but it really is annoying to have it only Blasting or Off. I bought a switch assemly to test it and its not the control so I at least elminated that Anyone have any thoughts?

It's probably a bad blower motor resistor. It's a separate unit that plugs into the underdash harness; should be somewhere on the passenger's side.
