anyone have there "warning lights" turn on for no reason? i have the light which is supposed to tell me there's a burned out bulb somewhere that's on right now and my hand brake light is on. but i checked all my lights and my handbrake is off and the lights still stay on.

i dunno what could cause that.

Is you alternator going bad? This will cause warning lights to come on. The 'bulb check' circuit depends upon the alternator to know when the engine is running to turn off.

Check your alternator.

hmmm...the alternator is prolly the problem. my lights blink when the bass hits and the car's on, so i figure it's slowly dying.

thanks guys

It's slowly dieing because of your amp. The alternator constantly has to make up for the power that your amp is sucking. Your alternator will be dead soon, and so will any new one that you put in your car, because the stereo is drawing too much power.
