So Ive got the new ga in the car, I did it in a weekend, I havent been on the list b/c of my damn password problems, so Ive been playing with something for like a week that I have no idea what to do with- THE VARIABLE TIMING CONTROL SOLENOID-- WHY IS IT ONLY ON THE INTAKE CAM? WHEN DOES IT ENGAGE? DOES IT ADVANCE OR RETARD? The motor I blew that Im building all crazy? Yeah I had the whole head apart last night and I was checking it out, oil passages fill a seam on the end of the cam, so how is that whole deal working- I heard that it doesnt work/work to our advantage- but its activated by 12 volt on an alternating current so cant I just hook it up to my apex rsm and set it to turn on at like 5000, or is it just not worth it? Someone who knows let me know, thatd be sweet if it was worth something, I remember reading it isnt though- SOMEONE LET ME KNOW! PLEASE? Thanks in advance---later
