Vehicle jerks while approaching 10 mph

MY 95 Hardbody Does the same thing. It suddenly jerks after shifting from 2nd gear. I have a V6 Auto 4X4. It disappears after the truck warmed up (15 minutes of driving) I wondering whats wrong too...
