the Nissan VVL uses the advance intake timing thing. It turns the intake cam a bit to allow for better air intake sooner (apparently gets more air in better)
the Honda VTEC system shifts the cam over so that the valves can be pushed by bigger cam lobes once a certain RPM speed has been reached.

so what's with these valves? do you think they will be for our cars? do you think they'll work?
