I was going to swap my stock valve springs for some greddy ones when I change my head gasket. I want to know if I need to change my valves and get better retainers as well. Also, will I need rocker arm stoppers?

you dont really need the rocker arm stoppers, but they're basically cheap insurance. If youre going this far, u may as well while you have everything out in the open, u know? If youre not dead-set on greddy, you could go w/tomei. They have a package that has some of the stuff ur looking for:

Good luck!

The stock valve train is reliable to 7800rpm. Have you raised the rev limit beyond that?
