I'd suggest either Ant or someone else that can get ahold of Kevin to try and get this taken care of.

Guy from thevboard should have already contacted the local authorities though...if it is legit.
That's just stupid to not contact authorities.

Regardless it is frivolous to 'hunt' someone down when there are agencies that handle these types of claims.

8 months is ONE HELL of a long time. I would have had something done within the 1st month.

Thats what I said. I'll have to check to see if I still have the money order stub, if not I guess I'll send him another $275, then post that he ripped me off. I mean damn.... I would rather have got somebody for at least $1000.

Nah, I would be pissed to if I thought somebody was trying to jack me. When all he said and done though, I expect an apology from him on the thevboard...or I'll go to Canada and beat that ass.

Well, thanks for responding Kevin.

If you did indeed send the money order, then you can certainly get your money back or have the issuing party send a new one. You may not even need the stub. They will be able to tell you whether or not it was cashed, and where.

I will gladly apologize on here and on thevboard and have a mod remove the negative feedback when we get this settled.
