Found a Retrax cover at truckgadgets.com I love it call and talk to Gary. Very knowledgeable and he threw in a free electric cover lock that tied into my remote control.

I put the Truxedo LoPro on my 05 Frontier NISMO CC.
My positives:
It uses velcro instead of the snaps. The support bars are integrated into the cover. It latches near the tailgate. Lifetime warranty.

The Retrax looks great. Thanks for the tip. Were you able to install it over the factory Utili-track Channel System?
