93 Nx where the past month occasionally sounds like its grinding the gears. The clutch does its job. It will only make the grinding sound (once shifted into gear (2-5) when I'm releasing the clutch. It goes into every gear fine. It may do it a couple times in a row or a day not a all. Tends to do it more downshifting between 2-4 gear and when its cold. Fluid level fine, I was thinking either synchronizers or a problem with the clutch releasing. Any info would help, Thanks.

Try replaceing the fluid with a mix of Dextron and nissan mtf. or use a syncroshift fluid. If you still get grinding it may be time for an overhaul.

probably has everything to do with cold weather, and wrong fluid. your gear lube could be too thin or too thick.

I used MT-90 and it helped both my GA16 andSR20 manual boxes

I bought some BG Syncro Shift synthetic fluid. I hope it helps. It had made that noise releasing the clutch when it has been neutral a couple times..so fluid may not do anything idk
