Under what conditions do you hear the noise? Suspension noise with the wheel cranked hard over is not unusual on this generation Frontier. I'd be surprised if there really is a torsion bar problem.

The sound comes when you brake hard ,or sometimes when you are turning. Does not seem as bad when you are in wet condition

I'm skeptical of torsion bar problems too. 77k is even a little earlier for a shock to go bad, but I'd suspect that before the TB. How about the sway bar's bushings and endlinks? I replaced my sway bar's bushings just for an upgrade, but was surprised how "flimsy" the stock bushings were.
