The bolts should be tightened to 69-87 in-lb (NOT FT-LB) in the correct order:
Center first
Then opposite corners starting near the distributor
Then the 4 central bolts in a circular pattern
Then the two towards the front
Then the remaining bolt to the other side of the distributor.
