so i replaced my tensioner and every thing was great! but 2 days later i noticed that the "noise" was back again. so i opened everything up to check if my tensioner was faulty. next thing the timing chain side where theres not a tensioner is loose and the other side is tight. can anybody help me out with this issue? plz

The tensioner should ratchet forward and keep the chain tight.
You need to go through what you did and see if you missed something.
( did you pull the pin from the tensioner ? stuff like that.)

its working but its not enough tension. a mechanic told me to try a dealer one. he said that the oem's spring aint strong enough for the chain, is this true?

Oil pressure pushes the tensioner out onto the chain....
So the spring doesn't matter...
a ratchet keeps the tension from going back in when the Oil pressure is low or the engine stopped....
So either the ratchet isnt working right or the mechanism that holds it in for installation is still there.
If I am wrong someone please correct me, i have not worked on my Nissan tensioner yet, this is from other cars....
