Hi, can someone please explain which timing mark on the crank pulley with the 4 slash marks should be lined up with the arrow for checking timing with a timing light when the cams and the crank are lined up to TDC when doing the timing belt? Basically I had a local shop do the timing belt recently, but they went out of business, and they put the pulley on wrong, thus I can't tell where the timing is set, and I need to correct this, and I can't find out in the IDIOTS MANUAL where things are suppose to be... Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Sincerely, Michael

There is a key slot where the sprocket goes on to the shaft. Really cant mess it up. What year pathy?>
Thanks, I firgured it out. The harmonic balancer was easy because of the key, but they pulleys after it bolt in any way, thus it was hard to find out where the marks go, but I figured it out, and my Pathy is a 95 SE 4X4.

Have a nice weekend, and thanks for your reply, Michael
