ok, when it gets warmer i am going to clay bar my car. i also have a random orbital buffer and would like to take full advantage of it. i have read around on verious car detailing forums and info sites and have found i could use a fine hand polishing compound with it or should i just use my hands to do this? i also am going to be useing medlion wax by meguiers. so its;
1. clay
2. polish/pre wax cleaner
3. wax
4. buff with a microfiber bonnet.

any thing else? i am selling the car and a shiny car always gets more money.

I'm also doing the same thing here in a month or so.

1. Clay Magic
2. Meguiars Medallion Paint Cleaner
3. Meguirs Medallion Paint Protectors

I have also heard great things about the Klasse AOI + multiple coats of Klasse Glaze topped with P21S. I am going to try this combo on the Sentra and the Medallion combo on the pathfinder to see which looks better. Good luck with your sell

the cheapo random orbit ones like the $30 sears unit are only good for smearing wax around. other than that, don't mess with them.

If it's a high speed one, then that's a different story..
