both are FWD sr20's, so yes, they will bolt up.
it would be a good to also change the TMIC to a FMIC, as your car doesn't have a hood scoop, and that thing'll heat soak faster than a turtle in a volcano.
check the injector sizes to see if they match. if they do, you're good.
ECU's will be programmed differently, so it would be good to switch ecu's rather than get yours reprogrammed.
other than that, i can't really think of what else could be a problem. I could be totally wrong, but that's just what makes sense to me. this would be better answered in the sr20 subforum, or b13 subforum.
