Would any one know where the oxygen sensor wire is on a spec v in order to hook up an air/fuel ratio guage is ?

don't bother with the a/f gauge, it's useless and just bounces around.

The factory oxygen sensor is like a switch. It reads 1v when the mixture is rich and 0v when the mixture is lean (from the B15 FSM):



So... an A/F meter which uses the factory oxygen sensor will constantly flip between rich and lean because the engine management is constantly adjusting the A/F ratio based on the sensor reading (if it reads lean the ECU immediately makes the mixture richer and vice versa).

To properly display the A/F ratio, you need a wide-band oxygen sensor which varies the voltage linearly with A/F ratio.
