My 2000 Frontier needs new plugs I went and pick them up and want to intall them myself, I put one in but when I went to put another one in the second cylinder on the passenger side it was very hard to unscrew i only unscrewed it half way....I think it is seized or cross threaded.....can any body offer help how to remove it without damaging the thread.

With engine cold, try spraying in PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, or similar and allow to sit a while. Get hold of a spark plug thread chaser tool in case you need it. Try to unscrew the plug. If it does happen that the threads strip out of the head and a thread chaser doesn't help, you can install a solid thread repair insert without disassembling the engine
(or use a Heli-coil). I currently have one solid thread repair insert on my VW engine.
