short throw shifters ... is there a site that has specs on short throw shifters for a 95 200SX ... I've seen a couple different types but haven't seen specs for how much the throw is shortened and how much the stick is shortened ...

which ones do you guys think is the best?? and how easy/difficult is it to swap??
