Yeah, pretty much if a chip can give you actually 20 whp.... I think everyone would be buying those like mad men. And you can never rely on ebay...except on some stuff..

here's something you might want to take to heart: Horsepower costs money. How fast do you wanna go?

Case in point: cold air intake $200 5whp. Header $450 8-12whp Turbo kit $3000+ 50+whp.
