Whats the biggest size rim and tire combo that I can fit with trimming or with out?
Tick or thin tires

well i have a 94 4x4 and i had to put 3 inch body lift and turn up torsion bars just to clear 32x11.50's on 15x10 streetlock rims. also had to trim corner of fender flares. you could probably clear 30x9.50's on 8 inch rims with no modifications. or clear 31x10.50's by trimming fender flares and turning up torsion bars.

Just to make sure I'm right on this the t-bars are the long bars going from the front to back on the suspension?

from the frt suspension to the frame about the frt seat area. being 2WD IMO I dont think you'll be able to fit 31s with out a lift of some sort. if you crank the t-bars I would get some UCAs for alignment purposes.

i have a 97 4x4 short cab and i have 29x10.5x15 without any problem. in fact they are the same size that was offered from the dealership as their oversized offroad tire. i think its like 265/60r15....somethin like that id have to go look. ill try to repost
