Just wondering if there is a way to reset the tire pressure sensor indicator light in a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder. I had 4 tires changed over and now the light is on in the dash. Someone told me there may be a reset you have to complete after such a service.

Thanks

I have been reading over some posts on this subject and it looks like I have to bring to the dealer to reset. Is this correct? I thought there would be an easier method.

Someone please confirm/advise

Thanks for the help.

Here's a dumb suggestion. Check your tire pressure. If installed the same type of tire that was sold with it you need to make sure the air pressure matches what is listed on the door. Do not fill them up using the indicated pressure on the tire itself. The tire manufacturer didn't build your vehicle.

My tire pressure indicator stayed on for two days after I filled the tires to the proper pressure (35 PSI), at which time it magically turned off. 2006 Pathfinder.
