I met a really weird problem today. I drove my Nissan Altima 98 to my friend's house to pick him up. When I tried to restart the car, suddenly i can not start! The check engine light, check oil light and the check battery light were on. And the horn was shouting for about 5 minutes. Everytime i tried to start my car, this thing happened.

I was desperated. But one hour later, when I attempted to start the car again, everything is ok! Just as normal! Then I drove a little bit to buy some groceries and came back with no problem at all!

Before the problem occurred, everything was fine; after one hour, everything seemed to be fine again. What should I do? Where was the problem? The fuel pump, the alternator, or the distributor?

sounds like a security system bug.

I would check the connections to the control module if it does it again.
