I wired up the 8-pin DIN AUX connector on my 02 sentra stereo to bring out a stereo plug for my ipod. I got the 12V for AUX ON by splicing the pink ACC wire from the radio's wiring harness and connected it using a switch.
Everything worked fine (both the regular radio and the new aux input) for a few minutes. Then the radio turned off - nothing on the display, not even clock. If I wait 30 minutes and turn the car back on, the radio will turn on for a very short time and then shut off again.
Any thoughts/suggestions??
