Got my car smogged today, it passed but the guy said that the radiator fan was frozen. I'm not mechanically inclined at all but I did look under the hood with the car running and sure enough the fan wasn't working at all. Any idea what could be the problem and approx how much it would cost to fix? Not looking forward to repairing it but it's my baby and I want her running right.
