Are the R-1's any good or do the ride bad?

If coilovers are properly sealed onto a front strut to prevent noise and such (i.e. duct tape and sealant). How does one later remove the coilovers if strut change is warranted?

I have r-1 racing coilovers...they are very stiff springs

hey where did u get the r-1 racing coilovers? how much approx were they.. how much of a drop do u have on there?

alos i've been thinking of getting goldline springs.. everyone i spoke to said they are really stiff and have a perfect spring rate for a 2.0" drop.. plus i rode in a car with them and it rode good

i got the r-1's from a local shop called car fashions. they were a christmas gift so i dont know how much...but i think they are in the same price range as the arospeeds.
