I am trying to replace the throttle body on my 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8. The replacement part I bought from the Nissan dealership that came in, the air intake hose is a different diameter than the original that is on the car, only one end is the right size, the end that attaches to the air cleaner. The dealership swears it is the right part. What do I do now, they just said to try it again with no other suggestions. Is there any way this part will work or are they wrong about this being the correct part?

Did you supply the parts dept. with your Sentras VIN# to start with?
If you did, you'll get the correct parts for your car about 95% of the time!

All is good now. Nissan made a mistake. The box that my part came in had a sticker on one side with the correct part # on it and another side of the box had a different sticker with a totally different part number on it. Just my luck they sent me a part for a bigger car than mine and put the sticker with my car's part number on the box. It's fixed now though!
