Well the idea of swapping is in the back of everyone's mind i'm sure unless you have done it already and for that i'm jealous! nonetheless, i'm trying to prep my car for the swap becuase i'm a have a huge problem with saving up cash! lol I have eibach pro-kit springs and kyb agx shocks and would like to replace them. I was thinking TEIN super street or TEIN Basic. Look for mild performance and heavy street use. Sometimes track but you know. Also, I was wanting to put in an RS-R exmag exhaust cat back system in the mean time. If I'm putting an RB20, is the KA RS-R able to hook up to the rb20 exhaust downpipe? I also have 18 inch wheels on the way. Tires 215/30/18. I want pushed out fairly wide to be inline with the body. Has anyone added spacers to do this and how much of a gap have you added? Z32 brakes is obvious. What about Injen intake. These interchangable with the KA and RB20 throttle body? Just trying to add stuff now that I can use and transfer over instead of buying everything at once.

Go the damper adjustable ones.

Yes.

Whats the rim width and offset? You will need 30-35 offset to clear coilovers.

No, the RB20DET has a completely different intake design owing to the turbo being in the way.

Joel,

I have the 18'' Motegi MR7. They have a +45 offset and are 7.5'' wide. I have no idea what offset is or if higher is better than lower or what the deal is. What size of spacers would I need to get that tire pushed out to look fairly flush with the body? Remember, 215/35/18 (wrong profile before).

Will the RS-R exmag exhaust give me power loss while I'm in the process of getting my rb20? How is this exhaust, very quite? Performs well when it has the proper turbo charged system?
