I've got a stock 88 pulsar xe w/ca16de I4 efi and was looking to do an engine swap. What are the diffrences between the ca18det and the ca18de, hp wise?? Or is there a better mototr to try and swap w/ minimal welding/cutting? And does anyone know if the ca20e into a ca22det ever happened? Cuz if it did I'd like to try and go that route. I'm trying to get as much advice before i start sinking cash into a project that may have my only vehicle out of service for a while. I won't be using this for any racing apps though so a high boost isn't neccessary.
