Plan on buying a Spec V

I plan on buying a spec V used. I noticed a little difference from the 02-03 version and 04-05 for the front. Is their any other differences? Any new add ons or anything like that? Also should I try to get ABS and the brembo brake package or just keep what ever and buy some after market stuff? And last question is do you guys know any site where I can buy differnent headlights, tailights, bodykits and things like that if I want to change? I know their are plenty of site but what are the best since you guys been around? Thanks
