I have a gross smell coming from the vents when the heat is on. I bought the truck last fall and it sat all winter, now when the heater is on it smells like urine, and the smell seeps out a bit when the heat isn't on at all. Any ideas where I should start? It's pretty gross.

The same problem happen to a guy on my team. Come to find out a rat got behind his dash and died. So if you have enough time make sure you check it out.

thats gross. Does the heater core stink if it goes?

pull the heater fan clean and service fan and area.

i have found that a product in spray form called ozium..is a good product and should help with the smell..
