just put a new stat in and all new coolant the fan clutch looks almost new but ill check it out
overheating only over 3k rpm
when the car is drove n under 3k it wont over heat but once u go over 3k it overheats. i read through a few other posts but didnt see nething that helped. does this issue have to do with the fan clutch?? or is it sumthing else???

also at times but not everytime. when it overheats the hose that connects the stat housin blows off? y is that? it had a brand new stat. my thought was that clamp was junk
yea its the upper hose and it is new the clamp aint tho. but ill try the cap thanx
