Would it be harmful to my vehicle if I put orange dexcool antifreeze into my 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8?? We have a freeze coming to my area and this is the only antifreeze I was able to get ahold of. It's 50/50.

As long as you're certain it's all water, then yes. Don't take chances if not. Jelly will clog the small passages in your engine and very likely cook your cylinder head or blow the head gasket.

My question is how will you get all of the green coolant out of the block and heater core as to make sure it will not have any in it to mix with the Dexcool? I would never use Dexcool in a Nissan, personally. Blue coolant will mix with the green coolant without issues and, of course, yellow or "one color works with all" like Prestone will mix with the green, as well.
