so I was replacing my oil pressure sender and noticed that it was a pain to put in. Its not complletley put in. some of the threads are still exposed and yes its leaking badly. does anybody have an idea on how to tighten this stupid thing w/o scraping my forearms and knuckles. BTW I also noticed that with the 7/8 wrench I was using therewasn't much room to work and the sender unit got increasingly harder to torque into the block.
Does anybody have any tips on how to make this ordeal easier?
( i already know to remove the oil filter and intake manifold brackets)
thanks guys

it almost sounds like you got it cross threaded, i was replacing a oil cooler on a durango the other day and it didnt feel cross threaded until like 3/4 tightened, but that was on some aluminum so it destroys threads easy. i did one on my friends car(old ass evo!) and it was a bitch too but the wrenching wasnt hard.
