I just recently became the owner of a 87 Sentra (E16S, AT). I was wondering about the oil cap on the engine. It pulls out to add the oil but when replaced it feels loose and moves up and down. I drove it home after removing and replacing it and noticed smoke coming from under the hood. I popped the hood and ther is oil all over the engine. Is the oil cap supposed to move or did I install it wrong? I am used to the type that screw on.
