I don't think it would cost that much more to get a 95 sr20de compared to a 94 sr20de. Usually if you get a motor all the sensors and accessories come on it. And you still need an ecu, harness, mounts etc. Right?

ya im going to need a lot of things, hopefully the sensors are fine. also main things i need are tranny, axles, and all the other stuff you mentioned. you know if the JDM sensors will work with an USDM ecu?

OBD II . . .

So if I have to have OBD II, do I have to have the engine newer than 95? I'm doing the SR20 swap next but I think i need the Engine with OBD II since my car is 96. Or older (cheaper) engine with B14 ECU will clear this problem?

I know you can do this with honda, but I am pretty sure (90%) that you can not do this with the sr20. The thing is...my friend has the skunk2/spoon/whatever converter chip that goes in the ecu that lets his engine which was made for OBD2 say it is for OBD1. Like I said, you probably can't do it bro. Sorry
