what's up peeps. i am wondering if the problem i have has happened to anyone yet. i have a 02 sentra specv with 110,000 miles already. everything is working good with the front end and etc. but i noticed recently i started to hear some noise when i start driving the car and it stops when i stop the car. i am not sure if its the wheel bearings or etc. but it sounds more like a small grinding noise not thumping noise. can anyone help or guide me on what could be possibly wrong?

my car has an intake and thats about it.

when i turn left the noise stops. when i go over hills and the suspension goes up and down the noise also stops and goes.

at low speeds the noise gets lower it becomes more of a mini grinding noise instead of a huming noise when i am going faster.

i am not sure if its the wheel bearing or cv joints the inner part cause i checked the cv joints by the wheels the rubber has no damage at all.

help.

I was going to say CV myself; other than that I am stumped except possibly a problem with the brakes rubbing. My car is so loud that all I hear is rattles. I am bumping this in hopes other members may see this and be more helpful than I.

I think you may be right. The CV could be a problem cause I drive my car hard on weekends. I hear some noises when I turn my wheel or on a curb. I changed my oil recently and I've noticed my CV's are wearing out. Well, that's just from my experience. I think he should get it checked if he's worried about the noise.
