We have been liking our 21 Rouge. But just had a freak incident. Our car is always parked in the garage here in Florida. Yesterday I went out to get in the car , opened the driver door and as I was getting in, the rear hatch door glass exploded.. It was 68* No reason I can find as to why it broke accept I noticed how thin the glass is . It looks like it's less than 1/8 thick.. So far I'm finding out that it is not OEM , It's imported from China.. I hope this doesn't become a safety Hazzard so I'm m posting so other people will be aware...

Wow, seeming to become a common issue on these Rogues. I've seen at least a handful of other threads with the same exact thing happening.

What company did your glass replacement....and did the installer happen to comment about their glass being better/thicker perhaps?
