NISSAN ALTIMA QR25DE HIGH COMP

I spun a rod bearing in my 2009 Nissan Altima with the QR25DE and am pulling the motor and want to put Sentra SPEC V pistons in it for the higher compression ratio but I don't know if I need different rods too. Is there gonna be further complications with the Spec V internals? or are they directly compatible?
